What you're buying
Know Each Other is sold as a digital e-book with an accompanying Excel worksheet, as access to the interactive workbook, or as both together. Payments are processed by Flutterwave; we never see or store your card details.
Refunds
Because these are digital products delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once the download or workbook link has been issued. If something didn't arrive or didn't work, contact us and we'll put it right.
Your workbook link
The interactive workbook has no password. Each partner receives a private link containing a unique key. Anyone with that link can read and write that partner's side of the session, so please keep it to yourself. We can issue a new link if one is exposed.
Your answers
Your written answers are stored so you can return to them. A partner's answers are only shown to the other partner once both have marked a section complete. We use an automated assistant to produce the green, amber and red alignment notes on your answers.
Not counselling
Know Each Other is a conversation tool, not therapy, legal advice, or a clinical assessment. Where a question or result points to something serious, please speak to a qualified professional.
Your data
We keep your name and email to deliver what you bought and, if you asked for it, to send occasional tips and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your session and all its answers.
